Beginning in 2010, municipal library boards will complete the Public Library Survey and Annual Report of Public Libraries in Alberta using this portal. The Survey and Annual Report is required by the Minister under the
Libraries Regulation, sections 11, 15 and 20.
LibPAS is designed to be an intuitive data entry process, with definitions for each data element readily available at the point of need. However, printable supporting documentation for the Survey and Annual Report, including instructions for data entry and definitions for the report data elements are also available at
www.albertalibraries.ca.
